While it is painstakingly evident that I am a summer girl through and through, one of my favorite parts of living in an area in which we have four seasons is the fact that I get to style myself with four different seasons worth of clothing and trends. Fall allows me to hold onto some of my summer pieces just a little longer and start adding in some cooler weather pieces like boots, long sleeve blouses and jackets.
No matter the season I love styling a feminine outfit and edging it up a bit with chunky soled combat boots or a leather jacket. For a recent outing to Delicious Orchards Pumpkinfest with my mom and brother, I decided to pair a mini skirt with a feminine floral blouse, my new go to boater hat and the aforementioned chunky soled combat boots.
The weather was a tad gloomy so the patent leather boots were perfect for the inclement weather as was the hat. The temperature was cool enough for the longer sleeve top, but still warm enough for a mini skirt and bare legs.
I would be lying if I said I wasn’t finding myself falling for this season. Unfortunately, each outfit item that I’m wearing in these photos is old so I couldn’t link to the exact pieces, but I did round up some similar styles for all your shopping pleasures below.
